February 29 only exists in leap years (every 4 years). In non-leap years, this tool treats your birthday as February 28 for calculation purposes and shows a small warning note to let you know. How is the zodiac sign determined?
The zodiac sign is based on your birth month and day using the standard Western (tropical) astrology system.
